We were happy to have another sunny beautiful Winter day in Brisbane on Saturday despite some rain forecast, it was our BBQ Baby Shower and it was a wonderfully relaxing day. While everyone was climbing I was catching up with friends, chatting, having my hair braided, and meeting old puppy friends I haven’t seen for ages.

I’m 34 weeks this week and we both have a strange feeling the baby is going to come early… I am trying to think very encouraging thoughts to my body and the baby to hold on for the full term, potentially we are about to have a major upheaval (not comparable to our first child, but still pretty big) and it would make everything extremely difficult if she joined us before August 19.

Having said that – I’m excited to meet her and know that whenever and however she comes we’ll be ready :)
