i’d love to give you my money but…

How is this for timing! Just as I set out my wish list for magazine apps on the iPad, Vogue  Knitting release theirs and it looks like it checks most boxes! Namely, a single app that manages all magazine issues, and designed specifically for this delivery method with interactive features. Also for print copy subscribers they are working to have the digital versions automatically free for download.

I would be downloading it right now, with considerable excitement except that it is only available to the US… Very disappointing and pretty irritating that a magazine with the word ‘International’ in it’s title is made available to one country only.

It would have been nice to have this limitation mentioned in the email announcement, or even on their website.

I’ve emailed the tech support address nominated to ask if there is plans for international release, but if anyone out there has any extra info I’d love to hear from you.

In the meantime, how about some pretty pictures of the app you’ll only get to see at the moment if you’re in the United States.
