I decided that I would make some easter treats for both of our families this year rather than picking up commercial chocolate eggs, so I’ve been having some fun baking this week. I’ve whipped up a Pecan Slice, Pecan and Choc Chunk Biscuits, and some chocolate dipped Macaroons. Most of that went into the post today… some might have accidentally been left behind ;)

Tomorrow it’s time for Buttermilk Cookies and maybe some Oatmeal and Walnut Biscuits… something with Oatmeal in any case. I do feel like making some Brutti ma Buoni or some Mexican Wedding Cakes, but they can wait for a few weeks.
