Designed and screenprinted by interaction designer Sven Ellingen. It displays the daily hours of sunlight from 30 years ago on a calendar of 2008, I really like the concept and the clean design.
It would be completely depressing at the moment to see in print how the sunshine is rapidly declining here in the lead up to winter. It’s just wrong that it’s night by 6pm, I’m still in summer mode.
Me too. And Mum doesn’t come home from work till the sun sets! And usually she goes into ‘bedtime’ mode, where she’ll be hurrying up to get ready for bed. Less play time for that is.
