poladroid

I’m sure everyone by now has seen the results of or tried out poladroid. I played around with it last year & saved these images but only uploaded one other to flickr.

I came across these & was reminded of one of the reasons I started to want a Holga so much. The interesting & different effects you can achieve by experimenting with a toy camera – without any guarantees you can ever replicate the results.

I actually love this bee picture un-poladroided :) I’ve tried often to catch bees in flight & I think this is the best result I’ve ever managed to get. I particularly like that he isn’t smack in the middle of the picture, it’s like a little scene in which a bee happens to be flying into the rose just at that moment.
